Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer Australia-wide shipping through trusted delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
  • NSW Regional: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $200.

Orders below this amount will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected destinations.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

A & E Skin is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

A & E Skin cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier provider to investigate and assist where possible.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity requirements, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please choose carefully and contact our team if you require assistance before purchasing.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty product
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Allergic Reactions & Product Suitability

As every individual's skin is unique, A & E Skin cannot guarantee compatibility with every product.

We recommend reviewing ingredient lists and consulting with one of our skin professionals if you have known sensitivities or allergies.

Refunds are not provided for adverse reactions where no product fault exists.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from their description.
